Urn Burial

Urn Burial Author : Kerry Greenwood
Country : Australia

Miss Fisher has been invited to spend some days at Cave House, a mansion close to the limestone Buchan Caves (Victoria). She decides to go with her lover, Mr Lin Chung, her maid Miss Dot Williams and his manservant and bodyguard, Mr Li Pen. When they are about to arrive at the house, they hear a shot and Phryne saves Lina, a servant, from the invisible menace. The following day they meet an eccentric party and learn that the host is receiving death threats. In the fashion of Agatha Christie´s novels, this edition has a list of characters and some reminiscences to Ten Little Niggers, although most of the characters in Greenwood´s novel present challenging depictions of those in Christie´s text and break stereotypes.
